The process analysis (AI Quick Scan) is phase 1 of my approach: a compact, structured scan of your real workflows. The result is a prioritized roadmap of the places where digitalization, automation and AI deliver the fastest measurable value. Not a slide deck – a plan. Afterwards you decide whether to continue into the digital strategy.
The method
Proven value stream mapping as the framework, extended with an AI assessment. Each level builds on the previous one.
Your real workflow on the wall – with hard numbers per step: processing and waiting time, people involved, media breaks. It becomes visible what a process costs today.
Three questions per bottleneck: Is the work repetitive & cognitive? Is the data available digitally? How big is volume × frequency × pain?
Impact versus effort, backed by data readiness and regulation (GDPR / EU AI Act). This produces the prioritization of candidates.
