The reverse approach
Many digital transformation projects start by picking a tool or an AI platform. That's exactly where high costs, unnecessary complexity and solutions that miss the point are born. The best technology won't fix a bad process. So I start with three questions about your business:

Where do your teams lack data, transparency and suggestions to decide faster and with more confidence?
Don't digitize everything – digitize the right things. Prioritized by measurable business value, not by hype.
